- A: On rare occasions, Boomerang or parts of Boomerang may not appear when you are visiting a particular site. If this occurs, don’t worry – this is a site specific issue. - Q: How do I temporarily remove Boomerang from my screen?
- A: Once Boomerang is installed you will see a small box containing the word 'hide' and a minus sign (-) in the upper right hand corner of your browser screen. Click on 'hide' if you want the boomerang to be temporarily removed from your current browser screen or click the (-) sign if you want the boomerang to be reduced to a slim version. - Q: How do I uninstall the Boomerang Media Station?
- A: We can’t think of any reason why anyone would possibly want to do this however, if you do need to uninstall for any reason:
1. WINDOWS Users - go to your Control Panel and click on “ Add or Remove Programs.” Then simply uninstall this program exactly as you would any other program. The program you are looking for is eWorldBoomerang.exe.

- A: This occurs from time to time when the Boomerang Media Station has been upgraded to a new version. Simply go to www.eworldmedia.com, click on download Boomerang Media Station. This will place it back into your add or remove programs list on your PC. Then find ewboomerang.exe in your add or remove programs window, and click on remove.

- Q: How do I create my own account with eWorldMedia?
- A: • Ask your referrer what his or her sub-domain name is (they will have an address similar to this one except that the USERNAME will be their own eWorldMedia User ID. Example: www.USERNAME.eworldmedia.com
• Type the sub-domain into your address box of any given internet browser.
• On left hand side of the screen you will notice a series of links or options. Click on the one that says “Join Now.”
• Fill in the information on the following page that is required and submit your form.

- Q: When I submit my sign up form the screen will not allow me to advance. What do I do?
- A: The majority of the time something like this occurs when you have not typed in the correct information, or not completely filled out one of the required fields on the sign up page. If there was a specific error, it will be displayed at the top of the screen in red. Scroll down, and correct this information. After you have finished with your corrections, re-submit your form.
